The Sundridge Triathlon is BACK!   We are happy to announce that on Sunday, August 13th, 2017 we will be restarting the beloved Sundridge Triathlon.

It’s time to dust off those running shoes, get your bikes tuned up, and start swimming again.   Training starts today!

The Sundridge Triathlon is a fantastic event that is run by, and gives back to, the community and the groups that exist within it.  It is a fat tire event for Sprint and Relay teams which also offers a Try-A-Tri and a Kids triathlon all taking place on the same day.

The triathlon is always set on the Sunday after the August long weekend and it’s always the day after the very popular Sundridge Sunflower Festival which happens annually on the Saturday before.

With a maximum amount of 275 participates in total, our triathlon is perfect for new comers to the sport.  The goal of our triathlon is to support and encourage healthy active living and we believe our triathlon is accessible for anyone to achieve.    If I can do it, then so you can.

Different Categories

The Sundridge Triathlon offers multiple different ways to challenge yourself on.    Do the whole thing by yourself in our Sprint race or team up with some friends with our relay race.  Have you ever thought of completing a triathlon but unsure about the while distance or maybe you need to something to work towards, then our Try-A-Tri route might be a perfect fit.

Kids Of Steel

One of the things which makes the Sundridge Triathlon unique, is that we host both both the adult and kids triathlon at the same location on the same day.  This gives triathlete parents an opportunity to bring their triathlete children along with them and vise versa.  Make the triathlon a family event.
